Conditions

As part of the Wolt+ partnership with Dott, active and verified Wolt+ subscribers can enjoy up to thirty (30) minutes of free Dott ride time and free unlocks for rides started within those thirty (30) minutes (the “Pass”) during the campaign period. You must have an active Wolt+ subscription linked to a Dott account in order to redeem.

1. Overview
These terms and conditions (“Pass Terms”) apply to the Pass made available to eligible Wolt+ subscribers by Wolt and Dott, where “Wolt” means the Wolt legal entity responsible for providing Wolt services in the country in which you subscribed to Wolt+, as identified in the Wolt User Terms of Service applicable in that country, and “Dott” means the Dott legal entity responsible for providing Dott’s ride services in the country where you redeem the Pass, as identified in Dott’s User Terms and Conditions.
Wolt’s role under these Pass Terms is limited to making the Pass available to eligible Wolt+ subscribers, facilitating the activation flow in the Wolt app, and participating in account-linking and eligibility verification. Dott is solely responsible for the Pass in the Dott app and for the provision, availability, operation, and performance of Dott’s ride services.
By activating a Pass in the Dott app, you agree that these Pass Terms apply to your use of the Pass and form part of, and are subject to, Dott’s User Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility and Use
The Offer is available only to verified, active Wolt+ subscribers who link their Wolt+ and Dott accounts through the official activation flow. The Pass is only redeemable within the Dott App by users who do not have active Dott passes or subscriptions who are using Dott’s Services on a Pay Per Minute basis.
The Pass is only available in the following countries: Austria, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Norway, and Poland (the “Participating Countries”). Users may only use the Offer in the Participating Country where they have registered as a Wolt+ subscriber in the Cities where the Dott Service is available. The list of Participating Countries and Cities may be updated by Dott from time to time as its services expand or change.
Users with a Wolt+ or Dott account that is suspended, restricted, non-active, or closed are not eligible to redeem the Offer.

3. Account Linking and Activation
At the start of the campaign period, the Pass will be visible to Wolt+ subscribers in Participating Countries within the Wolt app. To redeem the Pass, you must follow the activation flow instructions, have or create an eligible Dott account, connect your Wolt+ and Dott accounts, and activate the Pass in the Dott app.
For account linking, eligibility verification, fraud prevention, and delivery of the Offer, you must allow Wolt and Dott to access and share the phone number associated with your account(s) solely for the purpose of providing you with the promotion described in these Pass Terms. You must be using the same phone number for both accounts in order to link your Wolt+ and Dott accounts. If you are not using the same phone number or do not grant this permission, the accounts cannot be linked, which means the Pass can’t be activated and may be disconnected. This data sharing is limited to what is necessary to verify eligibility, prevent misuse, and enable account linking, and is carried out in accordance with each party’s privacy notice. Wolt and Dott are each independently responsible for their own processing of personal data in accordance with their respective applicable privacy notices. Following the account linking and in each applicable Wolt+ subscription period during the campaign period, active and verified Wolt+ subscribers will see a Pass as available within the “Passes” section of the Dott app. Each individual Pass that is made available may be activated by following the instructions within the Dott app.

4. Pass Validity
Wolt+ monthly subscriptions renew on the monthly anniversary of the initial subscription date in each month (“Renewal Date”), save where the Renewal Date falls on a date which does not appear in the relevant calendar month, in which case the Renewal Date will be the last day of the relevant calendar month (and then this new date will become the Renewal Date moving forward). This means that a Pass will be available for activation within the Dott app for each active, verified Wolt+ subscriber during each month of the campaign period on the relevant Renewal Date and must be activated and consumed by the user no later than the day immediately preceding the user’s next Renewal Date (“End Date”). For Yearly Wolt+ subscribers, the Renewal Date shall follow the same logic as monthly subscribers, and a new Pass shall be made available for activation in the Dott app on the monthly anniversary of the initial subscription date in each month of the Yearly subscription period.
Once activated in the Dott app, the Pass shall be valid for use until the earlier of: (i) consumption of the thirty (30) minutes of free Dott ride time; and (ii) the Relevant End Date (“Expiration Date”). Any unused minutes expire automatically on the Expiration Date, regardless of when the pass was activated by the user in the Dott app.
If a ride exceeds the free minutes, standard Pay Per Minute rates will apply for the remaining ride time and unlock fees. The Pass is non-transferable, non-cumulative, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds, or other products or services from Wolt or Dott.
Eligible Wolt+ users may redeem one Pass per Wolt+ billing cycle and no more than twelve (12) Passes in any three hundred sixty-five (365) day period, including yearly Wolt+ subscribers who prepay for the year.

5. Service Conditions
The Pass applies only to rides taken within Participating Countries and within Dott’s operational zones shown in the Dott app. It does not guarantee vehicle or service availability in any specific city, zone, or time period.
All rides remain subject to Dott’s applicable terms, safety rules, vehicle availability, operational zones, geofencing, no-ride zones, slow zones, no-parking zones, end-of-ride parking requirements, age and eligibility checks, and applicable local traffic and parking laws, as displayed in the Dott app or otherwise applicable.
Users must comply with all applicable riding and safety requirements, including using the vehicle lawfully, not riding in prohibited areas, not parking outside permitted areas, and not otherwise misusing the service. Violations may result in additional fees, suspension, pass cancellation, or account closure in accordance with Dott’s User Terms and Conditions.
A small pre-authorization hold may apply when a ride starts, as described in Dott’s User Terms and Conditions.
Wolt facilitates the promotion, but is not responsible for the provision or performance of Dott’s ride services.

6. Modification, Suspension, and Termination
Dott may modify, suspend, or withdraw the Pass at any time for operational, technical, or legal reasons. If Dott modifies or withdraws the overall offer, users who have already activated it will be allowed to use their active Pass until the End Date of the then active Pass. Dott may immediately terminate or deactivate a Pass in cases of fraud, abuse, or misuse.
Dott and Wolt reserve the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or terminate these Pass Terms at any time for operational, technical, or legal reasons. In the event of modification, suspension, withdrawal, or termination, users will not be entitled to any substitute, credit, or compensation.
If Wolt or Dott suspects fraud, abuse, tampering, violations of applicable terms, or technical error, Wolt and/or Dott reserve the right to deny, withdraw, or cancel the Pass and to take any other action permitted under their applicable terms.
This promotional offer and any Pass are available for a limited time and may be discontinued at any time on prior notice by Dott or Wolt.

7. Support
If the activation link does not work, if account linking fails, or if there are other issues with the Pass, please refer to the support channels made available in the Wolt and Dott apps.

8. Applicable Terms and Dispute Resolution
Participation in this promotion is subject to Wolt+ Subscription Terms and Conditions, Wolt User Terms of Service, Wolt Privacy Statement; and Dott’s User Terms and Conditions and Privacy Noticexw.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Pass Terms regarding your eligibility in relation to your Wolt+ subscription will be governed by and resolved in accordance with Wolt’s User Terms of Service.
Any other disputes arising in connection with these Pass Terms will be governed by and resolved in accordance with the same law and forum specified in Dott’s User Terms and Conditions.
