Changing mobility for good, together: from 400 million to 1 billion rides

At TIER-Dott, we’re proud to have built the European champion of micromobility. With over 400 million rides taken on our e-scooters and e-bikes, we’re rolling towards our vision of pollution-free cities built for people, not cars.

On our path to 1 billion rides, we’re focused on driving further, lasting change in each of our 400+ communities. As the responsible city partner for shared micromobility, we’re amplifying public transport and helping our cities achieve their sustainable mobility goals.

Our mission is to
change mobility for good, together
.

Let’s break down what that means.

First, we change mobility for good by offering a shared micromobility service that is safe, useful, and sustainable:

  • Safe: Our highly-trained teams, robust hardware, and holistic parking solutions provide a service that’s safe for riders and other road users alike, with 99.99% of rides being incident-free.

  • Useful: Our affordable fares and reliable service make sustainable travel a more accessible and enjoyable option for daily trips, used by over 10 million riders.

  • Sustainable: Our investments in low-carbon logistics, high-quality maintenance, and component circularity extend our vehicle lifespans beyond 5 years and actively reduce our carbon footprint.

We know we can’t do this alone, so we work together with cities. With strong European roots, we stand for true collaboration, fair regulation, and transparency:

  • Amplifying Public Transport: We integrate with public transport agencies and 40+ MaaS partners to enhance the reach, resilience, and service level of local transport networks. Over 41% of our rides connect with public transport.
  • Responsible Solutions: We’re transparent, even when there is room for improvement. We’re proactive on the local measures and investments required to create healthy market conditions. We take an outcome-based approach to parking, prioritizing results over unscalable tech.
  • Fair Regulation: We promote effective regulation to ensure proper city integration and the long-term success of shared micromobility.

United under this mission, we’re writing a new chapter of shared micromobility, defined by both responsibility and results. Together with our city partners, we’re creating long-term shared micromobility solutions that work for everyone.

We hope you’ll join us on the way to 1 billion rides, and beyond.

Hop on board!
