Dott receives consent to the extension of the delivery of its 2025 annual report

Amsterdam, 03 June 2026

TIER Mobility SE (“Dott”) announces that, pursuant to the written procedure initiated on 2 June 2026 in respect of its up to EUR 150,000,000 senior secured floating rate bonds 2025/2029 (ISIN NO0013516369) (the “Bonds”), the requested approval of an extension of the delivery for its 2025 audited consolidated financial statements until 17 July 2026 and the related waiver under the terms and conditions of the Bonds (as further described in the notice of written procedure dated 2 June 2026) have been approved.
The quorum and majority requirements to approve the Request (as defined in the notice of written procedure dated 2 June 2026) have been met and accordingly the waivers to the terms and conditions of the Bonds resulting from the approval of the Request are effective as of the date hereof.
