Our 2024, Together: A Year in Review

From everyday commutes to unforgettable journeys, 2024 was a year where our riders took us further than ever:

• Over 205 million kilometers ridden — enough to travel 4,750 times around the Earth!
• 100 Million trips taken by 10 million riders, turning shared mobility into a daily habit.

Working Together

2024 marked a turning point as we fully completed the merger of TIER and Dott, unifying our operations under a single brand and app, Dott, to streamline the experience for our riders.

This integration now connects over 400 cities – as far north as Bodø, Norway, and as far south as Jeddah, Saudi Arabia – across Europe and the Middle East. This merger represents our commitment to create an even safer, more reliable, and sustainable service for millions of riders. Today, Dott offers 15 different languages, reflecting the diversity of our communities and our dedication to accessibility. The numbers behind this achievement tell the story of our transformation:

• 250,000 total vehicles into a single app, ensuring availability across our network.
• 100 warehouses, creating an efficient and robust infrastructure to support our growing operations.
• A team of 1,900 employees, working together to deliver the best in shared mobility.

Collaborating Together with Cities

2024 was a year of strategic tender wins and renewals, solidifying our position as a leader in mobility. Key achievements include winning tenders in:

Copenhagen and Region H (Denmark), Gothenburg (Sweden), Mannheim (Germany) and Tel Aviv (Israel).

These successes underscore our commitment to working closely with cities to deliver reliable and sustainable mobility solutions.

Sustainability at the Core

Sustainability drives everything we do, and 2024 was no exception. While we’re still compiling our full 2024 Sustainability Report, we’re proud that this year we:  

• Refurbished 9,722 scooters, bringing the total to 21,258 refurbished vehicles since the project began.
• Set a new record with 8,214 vehicles repaired by a single individual: one of our talented team members in Brussels, whose dedication set a new benchmark for efficiency and care.

Our fleet’s resilience tells its own story. In Bordeaux, one scooter traveled an impressive 4,510 kilometers in 2024, a true testament to durability.

From extending the life of each vehicle to reducing environmental impact, we’re proud of the strides we’ve made and are committed to doing even more in the years to come.
