Dott is expanding to a total of 10 new municipalities in the Greater Copenhagen area with 2,000 electric bikes

We are excited to announce that we have expanded our operations in the Greater Copenhagen area with two ambitious projects aimed at improving public transportation accessibility through effective first and last mile solutions.

In collaboration with Region Hovedstaden and the Municipality of Rudersdal, as part of the EU-funded Gemini project, we introduced 200 electric bikes to the Rudersdal area. As part of this forward-thinking project, Rudersdal is at the heart of a pioneering initiative to transform transportation in peri-urban areas, benefiting both citizens and local businesses.

In another project, in partnership with Region Hovedstaden and nine municipalities surrounding Copenhagen, we launched the service with 1,800 electric bikes.

Both projects increase the opportunity to travel sustainably using public and shared mobility options, reducing the use of personal cars. The goal of the projects is to shift the current transportation model towards more inclusive and sustainable options, reducing reliance on private cars and promoting a greener future.
