All our operations are conducted in-house, as we’ve rejected the gig economy from day one. This ensures our fleet is always safe, professionally maintained, and available for use.

Meanwhile, our teams receive job contracts, a guaranteed living wage, shares in the company, and extensive training. By hiring directly within local communities, we ensure every Dott employee understands, respects, and reflects the unique fabric of the cities we serve.

Our holistic approach to safety is at the heart of everything we do. Investing upfront in our people and infrastructure allows us to enforce industry-leading standards in:

Fire safety, through our secure charging facilities and our in-house teams trained in battery management.
Vehicle safety, through our professional mechanics and Dott Operating System involving quality control, predictive maintenance, and on-street repairs.

SUSTAINABILITY AT OUR CORE

We’re working relentlessly to reduce our carbon footprint to below that of public transportation.
All our vehicles are refurbished to extend their lifespan, and we use renewable energy in our operations.

ACCESSIBILITY FOR ALL

It’s our goal to make micromobility accessible to all city residents. Our e-bikes and e-scooters are available 24/7 across the full metropolitan area, both in city centers and suburban areas.

We make our service affordable for everyone,
with passes for regular users and an average fare that’s similar to public transport in many countries.
We also connect our service with public transport, integrating with transportation hubs and local mobility apps.

TRANSPARENCY & COLLABORATION

We always operate with permission from the city. We share our data with city officials and routinely open the doors to our warehouses to showcase our internal operations. Simplicity, honesty, and reliability guide how we build our service and how we communicate with cities and riders.
