Supporting Europe’s Climate Transition:
-35% Carbon Impact
In the midst of record-breaking heat and geopolitical instability, addressing the climate crisis and Europe’s fuel dependency have never been more relevant. At Dott, we’re excited to announce the publication of our 5th annual sustainability report, detailing how we’re contributing to this transition. This year’s edition marks a significant step forward: with the launch of our newest fleet, we’ve reduced the emissions intensity of our vehicles by 35%. As we continuously reduce car usage across Europe, we’re now shifting commuters to our lowest carbon vehicles yet.

In 2025, we launched our latest e-scooter and e-bike models, designed from the ground up to be safer, longer-lasting, and less carbon-intensive. Our newest e-scooter carries a carbon intensity 35% lower than its predecessor, thanks to a significantly higher share of recycled aluminium and a battery with double the range.
In our cities, we’ve accelerated our reduction of car use, putting more people back on our streets. 47% of rides globally connect directly with public transport and 25% directly replace motor vehicle trips, with both figures increasing year on year.
In 2025, total injuries across our service fell by 18%, with serious injuries dropping by 35%. Our sustained investments in better hardware, rider education, and city collaboration are delivering even safer rides.
42% of our leadership positions are now held by women, bringing us closer to gender parity. This marks our continued commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
We’ve also set a new group-wide commitment to reach Net Zero by 2050. Grounded in our 2025 carbon baseline and aligned with Science Based Targets methodology, this is our new north star for carbon reduction.
We’re proud to be the first operator in the industry to reach this milestone of 5 years of consistent sustainability reporting. Our progress year after year is thanks to the hard work of teams across our organization. That’s why this year’s report features more than just data, you’ll also find the faces and words of the people behind the projects. A lot has changed since the publication of our first report in 2021, but our commitment to a more human, responsible approach to shared micromobility remains the same.
