If you’ve noticed something wrong with your vehicle, we suggest finding the closest parking spot in the app map and stopping the ride. Please check the screen on the vehicle in case you’ve received an error message.
If there is no error message, there may be a network error. Try the following:
- Check the throttle isn’t stuck
- Restart the vehicle and give it a second attempt
If the screen of the vehicle shows an error message, there may be a malfunction. Try reporting the Dott via the app or contact our Support team. We’re more than happy to help.
