How do I request an invoice for my rides?

As of March 2020, you’ll find a dedicated section for accessing invoices in the Account section of the app. If you have a more specific request, get in touch with our Customer Care team at support@ridedott.com and please provide the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your company name (if necessary)
  • Your email address
  • The phone number associated with your Dott account
  • Period to cover on invoice
