In order to support Dott’s growth in scooters and the launch of our new e-bike fleet, we are looking for an intern to support the HR & Operations team to to build the teams, from recruiting to onboarding.
What you'll do
- Manage the HR onboarding process for our operations team, from recruitment to the first day experience.
- Administration of the employment lifecycle, including employment contracts, new hire documentation or the subscription to benefits.
- Handle the full recruiting cycle for our Ground Teams, from creating job descriptions in collaboration with the Hiring Managers, initial screening interviews to the offer process.
- Contributing to country wide HR projects like the implementation of a new recruiting software.
What you'll need
- You are currently studying or have recently graduated in Business, HR or Recruitment
- Strong attention to detail
- You are proactive and are highly driven
