We're looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our Rider Product team. In this dynamic, and highly explorative position you will work closely with stakeholders across the product organisation to drive a deeper understanding of the user experience, whilst uncovering ways to streamline that experience. You will join a team of top-notch engineers, designers and product managers. This role reports to the Director of Data with key executive stakeholders in rider leadership (CPO, CMO, Head of Rider Product).

What you'll do:

  •  Work in close collaboration with key decision makers using analytics to define the future direction of our rider product. 
  • Help develop self-service analytics systems that enable stakeholders to fulfill their own analytical needs 
  • Carve out time for deep research, follow your curiosity to uncover product and user insights
  • Help develop, implement and maintain robust systems and processes to support product analytics.
  • Work closely with product managers and software engineers to create scalable processes for event tracking and monitoring
  • Collaborate with data engineers and data scientist to support the creation of a scalable analytical infrastructure

What you'll need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Data Analyst, ideally in a consumer tech-company
  • Strong convictions, loosely held. You are a driven by curiosity and know the value of being wrong
  • Analytical Intuition. You have an inherent understanding of data and know where and how to look for answers fast. 
  • Fluent and passionate about SQL, experience with Python is a plus
  • You have good understanding of data modeling practices and can build your own pipelines (experience with dbt is a big plus) 
  • You have experience with modern data visualisation tools and are able to create convincing data narratives through visual reports and dashboard. We use Tableau. 
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling
  • Thrive in fast-paced start-up environment; adapt quickly to shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
